What are your shipping methods and cost?

When should I order?
A recommended time to place your order is approximately 3 to 6 months before your
wedding date. By placing your order early you can check one more thing off your To Do
list!
How do I place my order?
You can place your order on our secure online ordering site. We accept VISA, Master
Card and American Express. After your order is placed, you will receive an email
confirmation. Most of our products will ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders with personalization will be processed and shipped exactly as you entered the
information. Be sure to review this information carefully. Once your order is placed, you
agree that you have verified your information is correct, and authorize printing of
personalized items. Your order is in process as soon as it is placed. Therefore, we are
unable to allow for changes or corrections and/or cancellations.
Can I receive a proof of my personalized candy bar wrapper?
Yes, a proof of your order will be emailed to you. Your order will be printed after we
receive approval of your proof. Simply type proof requested in the comment box with
your order.
Can I cancel my Order?
Yes. Before your order has been printed, we are happy to make any changes you want
and even cancel your order if you so choose. There is NO charge to make changes to
your order before it has been printed. However, once we have begun processing your
order there will be a cancellation fee of 15% of your total cost of your order. Once we
begin printing, and you want to cancel your order, there will be a MINIMUM cancellation
charge of 50% of the total cost of your order, or $25, whichever is GREATER. The exact
amount will be determined by Charming Publications LLC based on the amount of
work that has already been done on your Order
Can I return my Order?
After you approve your proof, we will print and ship your Order based on your
instructions. After your Order has been printed, you will not be able to cancel or return
your Order and receive any refund. Please review our Return Policy to the left.
Can I add a photograph to my wrapper?
Yes, we can add a photo or logo to any of the wrappers and labels. There is no
additional charge for adding a photograph or logo. Please see the below instructions.
How do I order samples and how much do they cost?
To order a sample of an invitation, simply send an email to
customerservice@charmingpublications.com with the item number of the product.
There is no charge for samples.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is always of the
utmost importance to us. However,
please understand that personalized
items, as well as edible and
perishable items CAN NOT be
accepted for return. As a result of this
policy, it is very important that all
orders are reviewed carefully before
authorizing for printing. If you order is
placed online, please confirm that the
information provided is correct, as
your order will be processed and
shipped exactly as you entered the
information.
If we make a mistake on your
personalized order, it will be
re-printed at our expense. If an error
is made out of our control, we will
re-print at 20% off the regular price.
Any non-personalized or
non-edible/perishable items may be
returned within 15 days of receipt.
After 15 days of receipt, absolutely no
returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Shipping charges will not be refunded
and return shipping charges are the
customer's responsibility unless the
return is due to our error.
Please include the packing slip with
all returns.
Tips on Scanning and Sending Your Photograph or Logo
The following tips are important to achieve a high quality picture.
A. Choose a photo that is well lit and close up.
(Too much background can result in a blurry picture after it has been cropped).
B. Scan your photograph at 150 to 300 dpi.
C. Save your photo as .jpg, .gif, or .bmp
D. Do not crop your picture. We will crop for best results.
