Gift Baskets
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped the next business day. There is no shipping on holidays and
weekends.
Chocolate and perishable gifts must ship via Next Day air only June through mid
October. Fruit gifts and cookies are express shipping only all year. Ground service
is not an option on fruit and cookies.
If a package is returned to us by UPS due to a bad address or recipient refusal
there is an additional charge $15.00. Claims for late deliveries must be filed within
5 days of the receiving day. Damage claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery
and no refund will be offered if the gift is not available for pick up and or inspection
by UPS.
All damage claims must be filed in writing via email within 3 business days of the
gift being received. NO exceptions.
If for any reason the recipient or purchaser is unhappy with a gift they may certainly
return it.
1. If the gift is simply not wanted, or the customer is not satisfied you may ship it
back to us at your own expense and receive a partial and in some cases a full
refund. The refund is based on the gifts perishability and condition upon being
returned. The gift must be unopened and un tampered with.
2. If the gift is damaged: We will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one
or refund the gift in full. However if we can not call tag the gift no refund or credit
will be offered.
Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a
claim with UPS.
Claims/Damages
We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need too at various
times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the
products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently.
With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor or
packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense.
If for any reason other than damages or errors on our part, a customers wants to
return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20%
restocking fee.
If we have committed an error or a gift is damaged we will retrieve the gift and
refund it in full or re-ship it. No additional discounts will be offered.
Substituions and Returns
All packages returned to us by the carrier will incur a 20% restocking fee in
addition to shipping charges.

Order information and questions from our staff will be communicated via email.
We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes.
However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In
addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims
honored under any circumstances.
You ship these orders at your own risk. The time and effort it takes to handle a
claim with the post office is simply beyond our capabilities at this time. You can
however process claims on your own if you so choose.
We do not ship any USPS items the week prior to any holiday. Any orders placed
for shipping via USPS during the week prior and during a holiday will ship the first
Tuesday after the holiday itself.
