When will the Personalized Letter from Santa be mailed?
We offer the choice of having your letter mailed with in our 48 hour
processing time or mailed the last week of November.
How Long will it take for my letter to arrive?
Letters are mailed from League City, Texas should take between 2 and
7 business days to arrive if shipping address is in the U.S.
What if my letter does not arrive within that time frame?
Should your letter not arrive within 7 days of shipment please contact us
via email. This only applies if your order was placed prior to December
1st.

number, name, email address and nature of dissatisfaction. We
are happy to replace the item or provide a refund of the purchase
price.
If your item was damaged it is important that we are notified as
soon as you receive the item. Our letter packs must be returned to
us if damaged. If damaged please return item to us in the original
packaging and we will replace the item or refund the purchase
price.
Your child’s letter will arrive safe, clean and beautiful as it is
protected from all elements of weather and mailing process abuse
in a strong mailing tube. We truly value our customers enough to
ensure our products are of top quality.
PLEASE order early for the holidays...Each letter is crafted at the
time of payment. We begin shipping the last week of November
so they begin arriving in December.
