How long does it take before my order
is shipped?
If your order is placed prior to 7:00pm
CST we will ship as early as the
following day (excluding Sundays).
The delivery time will depend on the
shipping mode you selected.

Our standard shipping method is
United Parcel Service (UPS). We offer
a choice of ground, priority mail or
express mail.
It is the customer's responsibility to
ensure that addresses given to us as
shipping destination will be received
by the customer. If package is left at
the door, it will be the customer’s sole
responsibility to ensure receipt.
Charming Publications LLC assumes
no liability for packages left at the door.
We currently ship to all 50 United
States. We do not ship to Canada.

Shipping - HERSHEY'S Bars &
Chocolate products: A package cooler
is necessary when shipping
HERSHEY'S bars or other chocolate
products to locations where the
temperature may exceed 70 degrees
Fahrenheit. Orders with candy will not
ship on a weekend during summer
months.
The shipper cannot guarantee a non-
melted product. We do suggest priority
or overnight method.
Charming Publications LLC does not
warrant against late deliveries due to
shipping delays, or any other reason
outside the control of Charming
Publications LLC.
